• If you are buying an off plan property and want the peace of mind of knowing you can have the mortgage before committing to the purchase, we are able to obtain an agreement in principle from a lender.
  

• We can help you find the best mortgage deal in Morocco, we have lenders who will consider the release of equity on your Spanish home in order to facilitate your Moroccan purchase.

• Our fee for this work is €500.00. This figure is deductible from our final fee on completion.

• In the mean time if a new product is being introduced to the Moroccan Mortgage market during the period of construction of your off-plan property, we will of course endeavor to obtain it for you at no extra cost.
